Our head french chef: Thomas Meyer

Thomas Meyer, a native of Provence in the south of France, is a talented executive chef with lengthy experience in seafood preparations and international cuisine.

After over a decade of cooking in first-class seafood restaurants and private events, Thomas brought his talents to Colombia to reinterpret coastal cuisine and give it a french spin.

He has mastered Colombian classics and added french techniques and flavours to create a fusion that is both tasty and surprising.

While seafood is Thomas’ speciality, his experience has made him a versatile chef that can design a wide variety of international dishes.
