At Alba Wellness we are a team of wellness and hospitality experts, designers of retreats in Cartagena, Colombia. We combine years of luxury hospitality with a deep knowledge of the local ways and the wellness experiences the Caribbean Colombian has to offer. In addition to our team of movement, artistic, and mindfulness experts, we curate first class culinary experiences, led by a team of professional chefs trained by a 2 star Michelin chef.
Our Wellness Expert: Ana Muñoz
After a 10-year journey in the travel industry,, Ana embraced a new path to build what she had always envisioned — helping people live with purpose by guiding them on their healing journey.
This vision led to the creation of OMM Wellness, a space where she uses a unique blend of tools and techniques to support personal growth, healing past wounds, and infusing joy into life. Our curated retreats combine teachings and wisdom from across the world, creating transformative experiences for lasting impact.
Her Journey: in 2019, Ana was bitten by a shark, suffering injuries to her arm and hand that left her with chronic neuropathic pain. She embarked on a healing journey that took two dedicated years of her life, driving her to a new purpose: to help others heal. This experience shifted her career toward health coaching and psychology.
